Yunnan Diangang New Materials Co., Ltd. is the first medium thick plate galvanizing production line in Southwest China that can manufacture high-strength and high zinc layers. The production line includes rolling, galvanizing and other links. The annual output of the production line reaches 350000 tons. The fixed assets investment scale is large. It specializes in the production of galvanized steel coils, rolled hardened steel coils and other new materials. Process flow diagram of Dian Steel galvanizing unit:

Raw material coil → acid washing (cleaning off iron oxide and other impurities on the surface of the steel plate) → cold rolling (rolling to the required thickness) → cleaning (washing off residual oil stains on the surface of the steel plate) → continuous annealing furnace reduction annealing (reducing the original strength and toughness of the steel through annealing) → zinc pot hot-dip galvanizing → cooling tower rapid cooling strip steel → straightening and straightening strip steel by a straightening machine → passivating the surface of the steel plate in a passivation tank → coiling by a coiler → packaging → finished product coil
